We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our AI Microdrama team. You will be responsible for turning AI-generated video clips, raw footage, scripts, and creative assets into engaging short-form microdramas for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other vertical video platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit AI-generated video footage into short, engaging microdrama episodes.
- Follow scripts and storyboards to create the right flow and emotions.
- Ensure character and scene continuity throughout the episode.
- Add cuts, transitions, sound effects, background music, subtitles, and other elements.
- Maintain solid pacing to keep viewers engaged from the first few seconds.
- Create videos in 9:16 vertical format for short-form platforms.
- Work with the creative and AI teams to improve video quality and storytelling.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver videos within deadlines.
- Ensure the final video has proper audio, visuals, timing, and overall quality.
