Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the AML Operations team, overseeing day-to-day workflow allocation, capacity planning, and case prioritisation across CDD, EDD, ongoing name screening, periodic CDD reviews, and transaction monitoring.
- Plan and manage shift rosters for the AML Operations team to ensure adequate coverage across the group's operating hours (Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia), including allocating shift assignments, handling coverage gaps/swaps, and escalating unresolved staffing shortfalls.
- Perform the checker function over all applicable AML Ops maker-level output — independently reviewing and approving/rejecting CDD/EDD assessments, name screening dispositions, periodic review outcomes, and transaction
