The role will involve working closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure that current features and product changes meet requirements, function as expected, and provide a reliable customer experience. The intern will also be encouraged to understand practical AI use cases and identify and implement opportunities to use AI to improve product, testing, and operational processes.

The candidate will have following responsibilities:

Product Management Support:
- Support PRDs, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, product analysis, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Credit, Operations, and Business teams to track initiatives.




- Identify opportunities to improve products and processes through automation or AI, and support approved implementations.
- Support QA team in testing of lending products across different user roles, workflows.
- Identify, document, track, and retest bugs with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.

Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate in Computer Science, or with demonstrated hands-on coding experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
- Interest in product management, software development, and AI applications.
- Prior exposure with Jira, Github, Postman is a plus.
