Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive the sales and business growth of our Fleet Card solutions. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve fleet card sales targets.
- Identify and acquire current customers, including transporters, fleet owners, logistics companies, and commercial vehicle operators.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, and other business development channels.
- Present and explain fleet card benefits, features, and commercial advantages to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to customer on-boarding.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and customer records.
