About the Job

We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Intern
to join our growth team and work closely on acquiring and converting users through paid advertising.

This is a hands-on role where you will get exposure to
real campaigns, real budgets, and real performance data
. You’ll be involved in everything from setting up campaigns and testing creatives to analyzing results and finding ways to improve acquisition efficiency.

What You’ll Work On
- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as
Meta Ads and Google Ads
.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as
CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates
.
- Work on
audience research, targeting, segmentation, retargeting, and campaign structuring
.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop and test different
ad creatives, hooks, copies, and formats
.




- Run experiments and
A/B tests
to understand what drives better performance.
- Analyze campaign and user data to identify opportunities for improving acquisition and conversion.
- Help with
budget allocation, campaign scaling, and performance optimization
.
- Prepare regular performance reports and translate data into actionable insights.
- Research competitors, market trends, and new advertising strategies.
- Work closely with the growth and product teams to understand the complete
user acquisition funnel
, from ad impression to conversion and retention.
