About the Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive
ISO/IEC 17025 Project Coordinator
to support our laboratory's ISO/IEC 17025 certification/accreditation project.

We already have a
Senior ISO/IEC 17025 Consultant
supporting the technical and certification requirements. This role will primarily focus on
day-to-day coordination, implementation follow-up, documentation tracking, team communication, and ensuring that the project stays on schedule
.

The selected candidate will work from our office and act as the key coordination point between our internal laboratory/management team and the external ISO 17025 consultant.

This is a
6-month project-based opportunity
, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities related to the ISO/IEC 17025 implementation project.
- Act as the communication bridge between the




internal team and Senior ISO 17025 Consultant
.
- Coordinate meetings, discussions, action items, and follow-ups with the consultant and internal teams.
- Maintain and track the ISO 17025 project plan, timelines, deliverables, and pending activities.
- Follow up with respective team members to ensure agreed actions are completed on time.
- Coordinate preparation, review, updating, and control of ISO-related documents and records.
- Maintain proper document folders, registers, trackers, and evidence required for the project.
- Track gaps identified by the consultant and coordinate their closure with relevant departments.
- Assist teams in implementing procedures, formats, checklists, records, and other requirements advised by the consultant.
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, reviews, and mock audits.
