Role Description
This Presales Executive internship is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site client and office interactions and some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support the presales process by qualifying leads, understanding client requirements,



and coordinating with the design and sales teams to prepare compelling proposals and presentations. Day-to-day activities include responding to inquiries, sharing product and service information, scheduling consultations, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The role involves assisting with RFP responses, supporting showroom or site visits, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from initial contact to handover to the sales or design team. The intern will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve presales processes, gather feedback, and contribute ideas that enhance conversion and client satisfaction.
