Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, result-oriented Sales Manager (Vendor & Artist Onboarding) with solid experience in the Event Management Industry. In this role,



you will be responsible for building India’s most elite network of luxury event vendors and artists, onboarding high-caliber service providers (especially those with 5-star hotel experience), and driving key vendor partnerships across all states and major cities in India.

Key Responsibilities

1. State-Wise Vendor Mapping & Data Acquisition
- Identify, map, and curate an extensive data bank of the best event vendors across
every state in India
(decor, AV/sound, fabrication, catering support, staging, lighting, logistics, etc.).
- Maintain an up-to-date database of top-performing vendors category-wise and region-wise.

2. 5-Star Hotel Vendor Onboarding
- Target, negotiate with, and onboard vendors who have a proven track record of working with
5-Star hotels and luxury resorts
(e.g., Taj, Marriott, Oberoi, Hyatt, Leela, Radisson).
- Convert high-quality vendors onto the
Luxevenue.ai
platform, establishing standardized service quality, transparent pricing, and agency agreements.
