We’re looking for a highly organised and commercially minded
TikTok Shop & Amazon Ecommerce Executive
to manage and optimise ecommerce content for a fast-growing consumer brand.

The role will be
primarily focused on TikTok Shop
, so strong hands-on experience with
TikTok Shop Seller Centre
is significant. However, candidates must also have practical experience working with
Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Creative and Growth teams to ensure products, content, campaigns and launches are accurate, engaging and optimised to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of
TikTok Shop Seller Centre
.
- Create, update and optimise TikTok Shop product listings, including titles, descriptions, imagery, pricing, variants and product information.
- Manage TikTok Shop promotions, discounts, bundles and campaign participation.
- Support
new product launches
across TikTok Shop.
- Monitor listing health, product availability, pricing and live content.




- Regularly QA product listings before and after changes go live.
- Work closely with Marketing and Creative teams on ecommerce assets and campaign requirements.
- Review creative and provide feedback based on ecommerce and conversion objectives.
- Monitor TikTok Shop performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion and sales.
- Manage multiple SKUs, assets and campaign deadlines.

Amazon Responsibilities
- Work within
Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
.
- Create, update and maintain
Amazon PDPs
.
- Manage product copy, imagery, titles, bullets and other listing content.
- Support and update
A+ Content and Amazon Brand Stores
.
- Support new product launches and campaign updates on Amazon.
- Ensure Amazon content is accurate, up to date and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Support content optimisation and testing to improve product performance.
