Key Responsibilities

* Visit around *15–20 customers/market points daily*, including retailers, dealers, masons, carpenters, contractors, applicators and construction sites.

* Explain the *product, its uses and benefits* to retailers and professionals and generate product demand.

* Ensure Asian Paints adhesive products are *available and properly displayed* at retail shops.

* Maintain regular relationships with *existing retailers and dealers* and support their monthly sales.

* Identify and add *recent retailers* in the assigned territory.

* Check *distributor stock/inventory* and ensure product availability in the market.

* Visit the market regularly to understand *competitor products, pricing, offers and activities* and share updates with the company.

* Build relationships with *carpenters and other influencers* and enroll eligible carpenters in the company's loyalty program.

* Work towards achieving *monthly sales targets*.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
