We’re looking for an
Influencer Marketing Expert / Manager
who understands the industry, has prior agency experience, and genuinely lives and breathes the creator world.

What You'll Do
- Manage
end-to-end influencer campaigns
— from brief to execution and reporting.
- Understand client objectives and develop relevant
influencer strategies & creator mixes
.
- Identify, evaluate and shortlist creators based on
content, audience, engagement, relevance and brand fit
.
- Develop
creative campaign ideas, content directions and creator briefs
.
- Handle creator
negotiations, commercials, deliverables and timelines
.
- Manage relationships with creators, talent managers and clients.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth campaign execution.




- Track campaign performance and prepare
campaign reports & insights
.
- Contribute to
pitches, proposals and current business opportunities
.
- Stay on top of
creator trends, emerging influencers, viral formats, memes and internet culture
.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:
- 2–5 years of experience in
Influencer Marketing World
- Prior experience working with a
Digital / Marketing / Influencer Marketing Agency
.
- Strong understanding of the
Indian influencer ecosystem
.
- Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and take ownership.
