→ Edit reels from creator footage and in-house shoots into scroll-stopping content
→ Design offer graphics and festival campaign creatives for Instagram/WhatsApp
→ Basic motion graphics - kinetic captions, straightforward transitions

→ Solid hands-on editing + design skills
→ An eye for what performs on Reels/Shorts
→ Can take a basic idea and run with it, no hand-holding
→ At least an year of real portfolio work.
