Job Overview

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales in the assigned territory. The role involves meeting customers, generating leads, developing new business, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and market research.
- Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Meet customers regularly and understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present and promote company products/services to customers.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Explore recent markets and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update sales activities.




- Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and order processing.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or related roles.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in field sales can also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
