nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for a results-driven Placements & Corporate Relations Associate to

nexpand upGrad's employer ecosystem and drive career outcomes for learners across

nData Science, Analytics, Digital Marketing and related domains. The role demands strong

nindustry outreach, stakeholder management and a sound understanding of hiring needs

nin fast-growing digital fields.

nKey Responsibilities

n• Expand Employer Network: Identify, engage, and onboard companies to create

na strong and active hiring pipeline.

n• Deepen Corporate Relationships: Build trusted partnerships with HR and

nbusiness leaders, ensuring consistent job opportunities.

n• Match Learners to Roles: Coordinate with placement teams to align openings

nwith learner skills and program tracks.

n• Gather Hiring Insights:



Stay updated on industry requirements and translate

nthem into placement strategies.

n• Monitor & Improve Outcomes: Track placement performance, streamline

nprocesses, and drive higher conversion rates.

n• Deliver on Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly placement goals while

nensuring partner and learner satisfaction.

nRequirements

- MBA preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Recruitment, or

nPlacements, ideally in Education or tech domains.

n• Strong network and understanding of hiring trends in Data Science, Analytics, and

nDigital Marketing.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to operate in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
