Role: Oracle Functional HCM Cloud

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Resource to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure Oracle HCM modules align with organizational HR processes and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a functional expert for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including but not limited to:
- Core HR (Global HR)
- Workforce Structures
- Payroll
- Absence Management
- Talent Management (OTL, Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning)
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
- Configure Oracle HCM modules to meet business needs using standard Oracle functionality.
- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), setup documents, and configuration workbooks.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions (Rapid Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts).
- Support testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.




- Assist with data migration, security roles, and approvals/workflows.
- Support end-user training, knowledge transfer, and documentation.
- Stay current with Oracle HCM quarterly releases and recommend enhancements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Cloud preferred).
- Hands-on experience with at least one full Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.
- Strong functional knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience working with stakeholders to drive requirements and solutions.
- Familiarity with Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, and BI reports.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s).
- Experience with multi-country or global HCM implementations.
- Knowledge of integrations with third-party HR/payroll systems.
- Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments.
