About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager with 5–8 years of proven experience in Corporate Sales, Enterprise Sales, CASA, Banking, Broking, or Financial Services.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of driving revenue, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and leading sales teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue and achieve assigned sales targets through corporate and enterprise client acquisition.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and business objectives.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.




- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and target achievement on a regular basis.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Sales, Enterprise Sales, CASA, Banking, Broking, Financial Services, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Solid business development and market networking skills.
- Candidates from CASA, Banking, Broking, and Financial Services with relevant corporate/enterprise sales exposure will also be considered.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
