About the Role

Kommunicate is an AI customer support platform expanding into implementation-led AI Solutions for enterprise customers. We're looking for a Content & Distribution Intern to help extend the reach of our content, keep our competitive positioning sharp, and make sure our product story is accurate and up to date everywhere prospects find us.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Distribution: Repurpose existing Kommunicate content (blogs, guides, product updates) for Medium, Reddit, Quora, and Substack, adapting tone and format for each platform to grow reach and engagement.
- Competitive Content: Research competitors (e.g. Intercom, Tidio, Chatbase) and draft content for comparison and "alternative to" pages.
- Product Release Notes: Once a month, work with Product and Engineering to track recent feature releases and turn them into explicit, customer-friendly release notes or blog posts.
- Blog Publishing: Format and publish approved blog posts on WordPress (occasional, as needed).
- Third-Party Listings:



Keep Kommunicate's product descriptions, features, and listings accurate and current on G2, GitHub, Shopify, and other relevant directories.

What We're Looking For

- Strong written English and the ability to adapt tone across different platforms and audiences.
- Comfortable doing independent research (competitor products, feature comparisons) and turning it into clear, structured writing.
- Basic familiarity with WordPress (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable owning a monthly deliverable (release notes) with minimal supervision.
- Bonus: prior exposure to SaaS, B2B marketing, or technical/product writing.

Success Looks Like

- Consistent monthly cadence of repurposed content live across Medium/Reddit/Quora/Substack.
- Comparison pages that are accurate, current, and help win competitive deals.
- G2/GitHub/Shopify listings that never fall out of date with the actual product.
- Release notes that go out reliably every month without chasing Product/Eng.
