Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in the Mohali district.

The Content

Creator will develop engaging content for multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and marketing campaigns to support clients’ personal brands. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming ideas with the team, understanding client brand positioning, writing and editing content, and repurposing content into different formats such as short-form posts, videos, and graphics briefs.



The role also involves collaborating with PR and marketing teams to align content with strategic goals, optimizing content for audience engagement and reach, and tracking performance to refine future content.

The Content

Creator is expected to participate in client meetings as needed and maintain consistent brand voice and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and storytelling for digital platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute content concepts based on brand strategy and audience insights.
- Basic understanding of social media, digital marketing, and content optimization for engagement.
- Comfort with creative brainstorming, pitching ideas, and collaborating in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English with excellent grammar, clarity, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with using online tools for content planning, scheduling, and analytics is an advantage.
- Prior experience in PR, branding, or marketing content is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant education in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects at once.
