The RoleEvery placement season, millions of students scroll Instagram and YouTube looking for help with resumes, interviews, and landing their first job. We want Creatzi to be the channel they trust.

As our Instagram & YouTube Content Specialist, you'll plan, create, and grow our presence on both platforms. You'll turn our product and our founding team's recruitment expertise into Reels, Shorts, carousels, and long-form videos that educate, entertain, and convert viewers into users. You'll work directly with the founders and see exactly how content drives growth for an AI product.

What You'll DoCreate short-form video Script, shoot, edit, and publish Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts on resumes, ATS tips, interview prep, placement hacks, and career advice, including faceless and voiceover-led formats.

Produce YouTube videos Create tutorials, product walkthroughs, and "before vs. after" resume makeovers that show Creatzi's tools solving real problems.

Design static and carousel posts Build scroll-stopping carousels, infographics, and story content aligned with Creatzi's visual identity.

Own the content calendar Plan and schedule a consistent posting rhythm, and lean into key moments like placement season, results days, and hiring cycles.

Ride trends quickly Spot trending audio, formats, memes, and topics, and adapt them to our audience while they're still relevant.

Grow and engage the community Reply to comments and DMs, run polls, Q&As;, and Lives,



and collaborate with student creators and campus ambassadors.

Optimise with data Track reach, watch time, retention, saves, shares, and profile-to-signup conversion. Test hooks, thumbnails, titles, and posting times, then double down on what works.

Handle YouTube SEO Write titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, and thumbnails that help videos get discovered.

Reach India and beyond Create content that resonates with Indian students while also building formats that work for international job seekers.

What We're Looking ForMust have

- Hands-on experience creating content for Instagram and/or YouTube (personal, college, or brand accounts all count)
- Video editing skills with tools such as CapCut, InShot, VN, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- A strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and what makes people stop scrolling
- Basic design skills in Canva, Figma, or similar
- Awareness of current Instagram and YouTube trends, formats, and algorithm basics
- Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet, valuable time management, and availability for 24 hours per week

Good to have

- Content writing or scriptwriting experience: sharp captions, punchy hooks, and clear video scripts are a big plus
- Comfort on camera or doing voiceovers (not required,



since faceless formats work too)
- Experience with YouTube Studio analytics and Instagram Insights
- Familiarity with AI tools for video, images, voice, or scripting
- Knowledge of YouTube SEO and thumbnail design
- Interest in careers, resumes, placements, and edtech
- Studying or graduated in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, Film, Design, or a related field (not required; your work matters more than your degree)

Access to brand accounts and tools is granted on a least-privilege basis, and account credentials are never shared outside approved password-management tools.
