Hiring: Content Coordinator

We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented and tech-savvy Content Coordinator with robust Hindi and English language skills to support content creation, coordination, documentation and digital content management.

Key Skills

- Strong written and verbal communication in Hindi and English
- Good command of grammar, spelling, sentence structure and formatting
- Ability to create, edit, proofread and structure content
- Proficiency in ChatGPT / GPT and AI-assisted content tools
- Good working knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets and Drive
- Content research and information gathering
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple content tasks and timelines
- Accuracy, consistency and quality consciousness

Responsibilities

- Coordinate, create and maintain content across various formats
- Draft, edit, proofread and format content in Hindi and English
- Use GPT/AI tools for research, content structuring, summarisation and initial drafts
- Conduct online research and organise relevant information
- Maintain content files, documents, trackers and reference material systematically




- Ensure consistency in language, tone, formatting and factual accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams for content requirements, updates and inputs
- Maintain proper naming, filing and version control of content
- Review content before finalisation and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

Candidates with experience in content coordination, content writing, documentation, editing, proofreading, research or digital content management will be preferred.

Preferred Language Skills

Hindi & English – strong proficiency in both languages is preferred.
