About the role In this role, you will help enterprise customers turn strategy into execution using the Bizzdesign Solution Suite.

As a Professional Services Consultant, you’ll combine functional expertise with a hands-on mindset to guide customers through their transformation journey and ensure long-term success.You will be part of our global Professional Services team, working closely with internal teams to continuously improve delivery quality and customer experience.

What will you do

- Deliver expert consultancy, training, and strategic guidance to large enterprise customers

- Lead business and technical engagements, from onboarding through implementation and rollout

- Partner closely with customer stakeholders to ensure success and solve critical challenges

- Manage projects end-to-end, meeting deadlines and proactively mitigating risks

- Contribute to defining and improving best practices to strengthen customer experience and delivery quality

- Collaborate with colleagues across Customer Success, Technical Support, Product Development and Sales to support shared customer outcomes

- Support customers across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas

What we are looking for

- + 5 years of experience in technology-enabled consulting, delivering value to enterprise clients

- Background in Business Process Management, Enterprise Architecture, SaaS Business Consulting, or related fields

- Strong presentation and communication skills in English, able to lead customer sessions confidently

- Proven ability to drive customer value, adoption, and retention with internal and external stakeholders

- Problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work well in ambiguous environments

- Familiarity with modeling languages such as ArchiMate, UML, BPMN (a plus)





- Proven willingness to learn scripting languages to continuously improve the solutions you deliver

- Flexibility to travel occasionally to customer sites (primarily within the Netherlands)

- You're confidently leading consulting engagements, implementations, and training activities, taking ownership from kickoff to successful delivery.

- Customers trust you to understand their goals, navigate complex challenges, and help them achieve meaningful business outcomes.

- You've built deep expertise in the Bizzdesign platform and Enterprise Architecture, enabling you to provide practical guidance in a wide range of customer scenarios.

- You're a valued partner across Customer Success, Support, Product Development, and Sales, helping drive successful outcomes and trusted relationships.

- Beyond customer projects, you're helping shape how we work by sharing knowledge, improving best practices, and contributing to the continued growth of our Professional Services organization.





Recruitment process In this role, you can expect the following interviewing process:

- 1st Interview with Internal Recruiter (45 minutes)

- 2nd Interview with Skilled Services Consultant (60 minutes)

- 3rd Interview with our SVP of Professional Services EMEA (60 minutes)
