What are we looking for?:

●Digital media native who understands how to effectively communicate on traditional as well as new age media platforms

● Interest and knowledge of video production/creation

● Good command over copywriting and script development

● Handle over basics of graphic design

● Strong aesthetic sensibilities and range, along with the ability to apply the same as per the needs of the brief

● A demonstrated ability to synthesize complex concepts, formulate a clear point of view, and write concise and compelling narratives.

● Robust project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple campaigns and projects at once

● Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage priorities well

● Willingness to roll up one's sleeves and get work done, even when it is outside the scope of the job.

● An agile, flexible individual with a can-do approach to managing ambiguity and a highly iterative creative process

● Interest in Indian politics, governance, history, and current affairs

● Excellent academic records

Required Skillset:

● 2+ years of work experience managing strategic communication, social media profile management,

● Strong understanding of digital media platforms, social media formats,



audience behaviour and content distribution

● Solid copywriting and scriptwriting skills, with the ability to write sharp and engaging content across formats.

● Working knowledge of video conceptualisation, scripting, storyboarding, shooting and basic editing

● Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, visual hierarchy and aesthetics.

● Ability to translate complex subjects and briefs into simple, clear and compelling narratives

● Ability to develop platform-specific content strategies and adapt narratives across different media formats.

● Strong research and synthesis skills, with the ability to quickly understand and communicate complex subjects

● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, agencies, timelines and deliverables simultaneously

● Familiarity with generative AI tools for text, image, video, audio and creative production

● Strong understanding of Indian politics, governance, public policy, history and current affairs

● Excellent written and spoken Gujarati, Hindi and English

Desired Work Experience:

● 2+ years of relevant experience in digital media, communications, advertising, content, creative strategy or a related field

● Experience in developing concepts, copy, scripts and creative narratives for campaigns, videos, social media and other content formats.

● Hands-on experience in coordinating graphics and video production and working with designers, editors, production teams and external creative agencies

● Experience in managing multiple creative projects simultaneously, from brief development and ideation through execution and delivery.

● Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines, evolving briefs and multiple priorities

● Experience in using digital, creative and AI-enabled tools to develop and execute content would be an advantage

● Experience or demonstrated interest in governance, public policy, Indian politics and current affairs would be an advantage
