Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commis Chef role based in Gurugram.

The Commis

Chef will support daily kitchen operations, including preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and assembling food and beverage orders according to Le Fresh standards. The role involves following recipes and SOPs, maintaining high hygiene and safety standards,



and ensuring timely preparation for rapid delivery.

The Commis

Chef will assist senior chefs, help with inventory checks, and keep workstations clean, organized, and ready for service. The position requires active collaboration with kitchen and service teams to deliver consistent quality and a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Food Preparation and Cooking skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Culinary Skills, including basic knife skills and familiarity with healthy, fresh ingredients.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Hygiene practices and food safety standards.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for effective coordination with kitchen and delivery teams.
- Previous experience in a skilled kitchen, cloud kitchen, or QSR environment is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, follow standardized recipes, and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak meal times.
- Culinary certification or formal training in cooking or hospitality is an advantage.
