? Looking for a Co-Founder — Interior Design | Ahmedabad

I’m building a current interior design firm in Ahmedabad and looking for a co-founder from a strong interior/design background who wants to build a company from the ground up.

This is not a traditional job opportunity. I’m looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the design and creative side of the business and grow with the company.

? Who I’m Looking For

Someone who has

- A background in Interior Design / Architecture / Spatial Design

• Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial interiors

• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and space planning

• Ability to create concepts, layouts, mood boards and presentations

• Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray or similar

- Good communication and client-handling skills
- A strong eye for aesthetics and detail
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build from zero

? What You’ll Do As the design co-founder, you would take ownership of:

- Leading the design direction of the firm
- Developing interior concepts and design proposals
- Working directly with clients
- Building our design standards and processes




- Managing/leading designers and freelancers as we grow
- Coordinating with contractors, vendors and suppliers
- Building a strong portfolio and brand identity
- Helping shape the company's long-term vision

? Location Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Ideally looking for someone who is based in Ahmedabad or willing to work closely with the Ahmedabad market.

? Why Join as a Co-Founder? You won't simply be joining an existing company to execute someone else's vision.

You'll have the opportunity to help build the company, shape its direction, develop the design team and participate in the ownership/equity structure, subject to a proper founder agreement.
