Role Description As a Co-Founder at Shuchi Shop, you will be responsible for shaping the overall business strategy, overseeing daily operations, and driving growth across product categories. This full-time, in office role in Hyderabad includes coordinating with suppliers and vendors, managing inventory and pricing, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience. You will work closely on brand positioning and marketing initiatives, guide sales and promotional activities, and use data to refine offerings and improve performance.

The role also involves building and leading a small team,



establishing processes, and collaborating on financial planning, budgets, and partnerships to scale the business sustainably.

- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with partners, vendors, team members, and customers.
- Sales skills to drive revenue, convert leads, and optimize in-store and online customer journeys.
- Marketing skills to develop and execute campaigns, build brand awareness, and support customer acquisition.
- Research skills to identify trends, evaluate new products, and understand customer needs and market dynamics.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods, preferably in home décor, lifestyle, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to take ownership, operate in a startup workplace, and make decisions with limited structure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; entrepreneurial or founding experience is an advantage.
