Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for CNC and VMC Operators located in the Pune Division. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC and VMC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Operators will perform routine machine checks, adjust tools and offsets,



and ensure optimal machining parameters for efficiency and accuracy.

Daily responsibilities include inspecting parts, measuring dimensions, identifying defects, and collaborating with the quality team to maintain product standards. The role also requires maintaining work area safety, documenting production activities, and coordinating with supervisors and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling for CNC and VMC equipment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Machining and Milling to interpret drawings and produce precision components.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to inspect parts, identify nonconformities, and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Relevant technical education (ITI, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical or Production) is preferred.
- Experience in CNC/VMC operations in an engineering or industrial manufacturing environment is highly beneficial.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, use measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges), and follow safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team-oriented, quick-paced production setting.
