Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple YES Germany branches/locations.

Lead, motivate, and monitor counsellors and BD teams.

Drive student enrolments and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Develop new college and institutional partnerships.

Build strong relationships with colleges, universities, and key stakeholders.

Monitor leads, conversions, counselling, and application performance.

Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.

Identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies.

Ensure smooth coordination between counselling, applications, visa, and operations teams.

Prepare performance reports and share updates with management.

Maintain high standards of student service and qualified conduct.

Who We Are Looking For





Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification is an advantage.

3–7 years of experience in education, overseas education, sales, business development, or team management.

Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong target-oriented and business-development mindset.

Ability to manage multiple teams/locations effectively.

Good knowledge of student counselling and the overseas education industry is preferred.

Willingness to travel between branches and institutions when required.
