Metronomia is looking for a CDM Specialist to support our Data Management team in delivering high-quality clinical trial data services. In this role, you will contribute to the setup, maintenance, and close-out of clinical study databases, support data review and query handling activities, and help ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of study data.You will work closely with Clinical Data Managers and other internal stakeholders while contributing to efficient and compliant data management processes across paper and EDC studies.

Your Responsibilities

- Support data management activities for clinical studies
- Assist with CRF and eCRF design and review
- Support database setup, maintenance, and updates for paper and EDC studies
- Contribute to the specification and testing of eCRFs
- Support the creation and maintenance of data management documentation, including study-specific documents and plans
- Assist with data entry tracking and data review activities
- Process and manage CRFs, external data, and queries
- Support SAE reconciliation activities
- Contribute to status reporting and tracking of study progress
- Perform quality control activities within data management processes
- Support database lock and study close-out activities
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and, where appropriate, external partners
- Support process improvements and other data management tasks as required by business needs

Your Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in medical documentation, life sciences, or a related field
- Ideally, first experience in clinical trials and data management
- Good computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and common data management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in teams




- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with Veeva EDC and CDB is a plus
