Ltd Location: Coimbatore | Work from Office Employment: Full-Time | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Experience: 3 Months – 1 Year About the Role We are looking for a Student Relationship Executive to connect with students and parents, understand their needs, resolve queries, and build strong relationships while driving upselling, renewals, and retention.

Key Responsibilities Connect with students and parents through calls and other channels. Understand requirements and resolve queries professionally. Build strong student and parent relationships. Follow up for engagement, renewals, and retention. Upsell relevant courses and learning programs. Achieve assigned targets.



Coordinate with internal teams and maintain student records.

Requirements 3 months–1 year experience in Student Relationship Management, CRM, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Education Counselling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented with solid follow-up abilities. Good problem-solving and negotiation skills. Freshers and Experience in EdTech/Education is preferred.
