Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Gritupp will lead the overall technology vision, strategy, and execution for the talent marketplace platform. This full-time, on-site role is based in Indore and involves overseeing software development teams, defining technical architecture, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing systems. The CTO will collaborate closely with product, operations, and business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with company goals, prioritize projects, and drive innovation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing technology roadmaps, guiding product development, optimizing development processes, and mentoring engineering leaders. The role also requires staying current with industry trends, evaluating new tools and technologies, and establishing best practices for quality, reliability, and data security.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Software Development and Architecture, with experience designing and scaling complex, high-availability platforms.
- Proven ability in IT Strategy and Product Development,



including setting technology roadmaps and aligning product features with business objectives.
- Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, leading cross-functional teams and delivering technology initiatives on time and within scope.
- Experience building and managing high-performing engineering teams, with a focus on mentoring, performance management, and collaborative culture.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, data security, and up-to-date development practices (e.g., Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior leadership experience in a technology-led organization or marketplace platform is highly beneficial.
