Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.

The Chemistry

Teacher will design and deliver engaging chemistry lessons aligned with curriculum requirements, using a variety of instructional methods and learning resources. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching theoretical and practical concepts, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will maintain classroom discipline, support students’ academic growth, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience. Additional duties may involve organizing lab activities, participating in staff meetings,



and contributing to curriculum development and enrichment programs.

Qualifications

- Strong subject-matter expertise in Chemistry Education and a working understanding of Physics as it relates to chemistry concepts.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Lesson Planning, including structuring curriculum, setting learning objectives, and designing assessments.
- Effective Teaching skills with the ability to adapt instructional methods to diverse learning styles and age groups.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain complex concepts clearly and engage learners.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Science Education, or a closely related field.
- Prior teaching experience in a school, coaching center, or similar educational setting is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and hands-on experimental teaching methods.
- Comfort with basic educational technology, online teaching tools, and digital resources for hybrid learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, maintain skilled conduct, and support an inclusive learning environment.
