Location: Andheri East, Mumbai — Work from office

Annual CTC: ₹2–4 lakh, based on experience and skills

Oye Creators is looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to identify recent business prospects, build client relationships, and drive sales for our influencer marketing services.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients, brands, and advertising agencies.
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Understand client requirements and recommend relevant campaign solutions.
Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and prepare proposals.
Follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
Maintain accurate lead records and sales updates in the CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handovers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and build lasting client relationships.

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Business acumen and an understanding of client relationship management.
Confidence in prospecting, cold calling, and following up with decision-makers.

initiative, and a target-driven approach.
Prior experience in business development or sales; exposure to advertising, digital media, or influencer marketing is preferred.
Availability to work from our Andheri East office and join immediately.
