Job Responsibilities
Prepare accurate service bills based on job cards and approved work.
Enter labour charges, spare parts, lubricants, accessories and other charges in the billing system.
Verify job card details before preparing the final invoice.
Check discounts, schemes, warranty and insurance-related billing details.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, technicians and the accounts department.
Ensure correct GST calculation and billing.
Handle cash, UPI, card and other customer payment entries.
Issue invoices and payment receipts to customers.
Maintain daily billing and collection records.
Verify outstanding amounts and ensure proper settlement before vehicle delivery.
Correct billing errors and coordinate for necessary approvals.
Maintain proper billing documents and service records.
Support daily closing and reconciliation activities.
Provide valuable customer service and handle billing-related queries professionally.

Skills Required




Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of billing and accounting.
Knowledge of Tally / DMS / billing software is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of GST and invoice preparation.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Accuracy in data entry and calculations.
Valuable coordination and time-management skills.
Honest, responsible and customer-friendly attitude.

Qualification
12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
Commerce / Accounts qualification is an added advantage.
Freshers with basic computer knowledge can apply.
Previous billing experience in an automobile service center will be preferred.
