About the Role

We are looking for motivated and confident Business Development Executives to join our team in Noida. The role involves lead generation, client communication, sales conversion, and maintaining solid customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calling and regular follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and explain our services.
Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain positive relationships with clients and provide timely support.
Update sales records and CRM regularly.




Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

What We’re Looking For
Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Sales experience is preferred, but freshers are welcome.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary & Incentives
Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month
Performance-based incentives up to 25% of target achievement.
Additional weekly and performance incentives as per company policy.
