Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field. Practical experience in powder putty, powder coating, paints, coatings, adhesives, construction chemicals, or similar chemical manufacturing. Robust knowledge of chemical formulations and raw-material properties.
Experience with laboratory testing, formulation trials, and production-scale manufacturing. Valuable understanding of quality control and chemical testing methods. Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of chemical safety, MSDS/SDS, storage, and handling procedures. Ability to work with Production, QC, R&D;, Procurement, and Management teams.
