Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced BMC Consultant with strong expertise in BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM to support and enhance IT service management solutions in a banking environment.

NKey Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and support BMC Remedy/Helix ITSM.

Work on Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Asset Management modules.
N
Develop workflows, forms, filters, escalations, notifications, and approvals.
N
Integrate BMC with other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
N
Troubleshoot productionissues and perform root-cause analysis.
N
Support critical banking applications and ensure SLA compliance.
N
Create reports, dashboards, and technical documentation.
N
Coordinate with application, infrastructure, security,



and business teams.
N
Ensure solutions meet banking security, audit, and compliance requirements.
N

nRequired Skills

n
3 years of hands-on BMC Remedy/Helix experience.
N
Robust knowledge of BMCITSM and ITIL processes.
N
Experience with SQL, APIs, integrations, and production support.
N
Good understanding of enterprise application settings.
N
BFSI/Banking domain experience preferred.
N
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
N

nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
