We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented

Affluent Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth and affluent customers. The ideal candidate should have solid banking experience, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to drive business through existing and recent clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with affluent and high-value customers.
Acquire new customers and generate business through referrals, networking and market outreach.
Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable banking and financial products.
Drive sales of deposits, investments, insurance, loans, credit cards and other banking products.
Achieve assigned revenue, portfolio growth and customer acquisition targets.
Maintain regular contact with key customers and provide high-quality service.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.




Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and resolution of customer requirements.
Monitor portfolio performance and maintain strong customer retention.

Candidate Requirements
Prior banking experience is mandatory.
Experience in Relationship Management, Affluent Banking, Priority Banking, Wealth Management or Retail Banking will be preferred.
Robust sales and business development skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage a high-value customer portfolio.
Strong customer-service orientation with a target-driven approach.
Graduate/Postgraduate qualification from a recognized institution.
