As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Sky IT Solutions' growth trajectory by securing high-value enterprise contracts. You will lead complex sales cycles, from initial strategic prospecting to final contract negotiation, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives.

What You'll Do
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in key markets
Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level deals for custom software and digital transformation services
Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives
Collaborate with the technical team to formulate compelling, custom solutions for complex client needs
Represent Sky IT Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Provide accurate sales forecasting and strategic market insights to leadership

What We're Looking For
3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales, specifically within IT services, SaaS, or custom software development
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close six-figure deals




Solid established network and ability to build relationships with C-level decision-makers
Deep understanding of contemporary technology stacks and digital transformation trends
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
Willingness to travel as needed for key client meetings and events

Compensation ₹30,000–₹70,000/month, based on experience and track record, plus a variable component tied to closed revenue.

Work Setup

Mostly remote — work from anywhere, with occasional visits to our Kolkata office and travel for key client meetings and industry events.
