Key Responsibilities
Identify potential business opportunities and market segments
To work with Real Estate/ layout developers/Builders/architects in and around Bangalore

(Urban Rural)
Promote company products and ensure empanelment with key clients and institutions
Generate qualified enquiries and convert them into successful orders
Identify and actively participate in potential business expos, trade fairs, and industry events
Explore recent markets and contribute to the development and expansion of the client base
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning





Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role

Solid interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and travel as needed
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Creative mindset with attention to detail
