Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage AR teams to meet and exceed client expectations by reducing AR aging and maximizing collections.
Oversee day-to-day team operations, including:
Monitoring workflows and daily productivity targets to ensure adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Tracking, analyzing, and maintaining key performance metrics, including collections and operational reports.
Design and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and overall team performance.
Support and participate in current pilot projects, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and smooth transitions to production teams.
Address and resolve team-related issues, including performance concerns and interpersonal conflicts, in collaboration with stakeholders.
Learn and implement new client systems and processes; plan and coordinate training sessions for recent hires and existing team members based on project needs.




Conduct regular client calls and reviews to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance client satisfaction.
Identify skill and knowledge gaps within the team and work with department trainers to plan and execute retraining initiatives.
Build and maintain solid client relationships through effective communication, issue resolution, and consistent service delivery.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria
10+ years of experience in U.S. Healthcare AR, with current or prior experience at the Manager level or above.
Strong expertise in AR follow-up, denial management, and appeals within U.S.

Healthcare Revenue Cycle

Management (RCM).
Willingness to work night shifts.
Ability to join within 30 days.
