About the Role

We are looking for an AI Automation & Lead Generation Manager to identify potential clients and decision-makers using AI tools, LinkedIn, online databases, and automation platforms. The role will focus on generating and qualifying leads for healthcare infrastructure, hospitals, architecture, interiors, PMC, and turnkey projects.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads using AI tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, and similar platforms.
Research hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, developers, doctors, investors, architects, and consultants.
Identify key decision-makers such as Owners, Promoters, CEOs, Directors, Project Heads, and Facility Heads.
Build and maintain accurate prospect databases and CRM records.
Conduct LinkedIn and email outreach with personalized messages.
Use AI for prospect research, data enrichment, lead qualification,



and outreach personalization.
Qualify leads based on project type, location, size, budget, timeline, and requirements.
Coordinate with the Sales/BD team for follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.

Required Skills
4+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, Market Research, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and digital lead-generation platforms.
Solid knowledge of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
Experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, Snov.io, Clay, or similar tools preferred.
Solid research, communication, analytical, and data-management skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM platforms.
Robust ownership and result-oriented approach.
