The Role

We are looking for a highly ambitious CEO Office – Growth professional to work directly with the Founder & CEO in driving business growth, strategic initiatives, partnerships, GTM execution, and Growth operational excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who wants firsthand exposure to building a high-growth startup, solving complex business problems, and contributing across sales, marketing, partnerships, fundraising, operations, and strategy.

You won't just execute tasks, you'll help identify opportunities, build systems, and accelerate the company's growth.

Responsibilities

- Work directly with the CEO to drive sales, marketing, brand building, and business growth.
- Generate leads, build sales pipelines, and close partnership opportunities.
- Identify new markets, customers, and revenue opportunities.
- Execute outbound sales, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and growth initiatives.
- Build brand awareness through marketing, content, events, and strategic partnerships.




- Track and improve KPIs including revenue, pipeline, customer acquisition, and product growth.
- Conduct market, competitor, and pricing research to support GTM strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams as required.
- Prepare sales decks, partnership proposals, and investor presentations.
- Identify automation opportunities and execute CEO-led strategic projects.

Requirements

- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Attio, Salesforce, etc.).
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, and growth marketing.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and demand generation.
- Familiarity with AI, automation tools, and workflow platforms.
- Interest in HealthTech, AI, Blockchain, or Digital Identity.
