Role Purpose The Catalogue Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving the company's product catalogue across branded merchandise, corporate gifting, apparel, accessories, and promotional products.

The role will ensure that the catalogue has the right products, accurate information, competitive pricing, robust product presentation, and up-to-date availability, enabling the Sales and Operations teams to respond to customer requirements quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities1. Catalogue Management

- Own and maintain the master product catalogue across all merchandise categories.
- Ensure accurate product names, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, colours, branding options, MOQ, lead time, and other relevant details.
- Regularly update product information based on vendor and sourcing changes.
- Identify and remove obsolete, duplicate, or low-performing products.
- Maintain proper categorisation, tagging, and product hierarchy.
- Ensure catalogue data is standardised and easy for Sales and Operations teams to use.

2. Product Sourcing & Development
- Work closely with the Sourcing/Vendor Management team to identify new and trending products.
- Research new merchandise categories, product concepts, materials, and customisation possibilities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new products for catalogue additions.
- Evaluate products based on quality, price, availability, branding feasibility, MOQ, lead time, and market relevance.
- Coordinate samples and product information required for catalogue creation.

3. Pricing & Commercial Management
- Coordinate with vendors and finance/commercial teams to maintain updated product costs and selling prices.




- Ensure pricing is accurately reflected in the catalogue.
- Track changes in vendor pricing, MOQ, freight, and other cost factors.
- Support margin analysis and identify products with pricing or margin concerns.
- Ensure appropriate pricing structures for different customer requirements where applicable.

4. Product Content & Presentation
- Ensure every catalogue product has complete and accurate content.
- Coordinate product photography, mock-ups, product videos, specifications, and branding visuals where required.
- Work with the Design team to ensure products are presented according to company and client brand guidelines.
- Create product collections based on themes, occasions, budgets, industries, and customer requirements.
- Ensure catalogue presentation is consistent and professional.

5. Vendor Coordination
- Work closely with vendors to obtain:
- Latest product catalogues
- Price lists
- Product specifications
- MOQ
- Lead times
- Availability
- Branding options
- Product images
- Sample availability
- Follow up with vendors to ensure catalogue information remains current.
- Maintain a structured database of vendor and product information.

6. Sales Enablement
- Support the Sales team with relevant product recommendations based on customer requirements.




- Create curated product lists for specific customer briefs, budgets, events, and campaigns.
- Quickly identify alternative products when a product is unavailable or does not meet the customer's requirement.
- Support Sales with product comparisons, specifications, pricing, and lead-time information.
- Develop category-wise and occasion-based product collections to improve sales conversion.

7. Catalogue Performance & Analytics
- Track catalogue performance and identify:
- Best-selling products
- Low-performing products
- Frequently requested products
- Products with high enquiry but low conversion
- Products with pricing/margin issues
- Products frequently unavailable
- Analyse customer and sales feedback to identify catalogue gaps.
- Recommend additions, replacements, or discontinuation of products based on data.
- Maintain periodic catalogue performance reports.

8. Process Improvement
- Establish and maintain a systematic process for product onboarding, product updates, pricing changes, and product discontinuation.
- Reduce manual effort and duplication in catalogue management.
- Improve the speed and accuracy of product searches for internal teams.
- Explore automation and technology solutions for catalogue management.
- Maintain version control and ensure teams are always working with the latest product information.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
