We're looking for someone with solid casting industry experience to help break into scripted and unscripted entertainment — reality shows, web series, OTT/streaming platforms, films, and brand-integrated productions. You'll act as the bridge between Chtrbox and casting directors, production houses, and OTT platforms, identifying and securing the right opportunities.

nResponsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with casting directors, production houses, OTT platforms, and talent agencies across film/TV/streaming/reality
n
- Track upcoming casting calls, auditions, and relevant opportunities.
n
- Match individuals to suitable roles based on their profile, personality, and career goals
n
- Prepare and pitch profiles, reels, and portfolios to casting teams
n
- Coordinate auditions, self-tapes, and screen tests
n
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms in coordination with the internal management team
n




- Guide on audition prep, on-camera presence, and industry expectations
n
- Stay on top of industry trends — new shows, platforms, and casting needs — to proactively pitch opportunities
n
- Maintain a pipeline/tracker of active submissions, callbacks, and outcomes.

nRequirements

- 4+ years of experience in casting, or entertainment industry roles
n
- Established network of casting directors, production houses, and OTT platform contacts
n
- Strong negotiation skills and contract familiarity
n
- Excellent relationship-management and pitching skills
n
- Highly organized — able to manage multiple individuals and opportunities simultaneously
n
- Existing relationships with reality TV and streaming platform casting teams
