We're Hiring: Calypso Business Analyst — Front Office (FTE) | 5+ Years

Location: Gurugram / Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune (Hybrid – 3 days/week)

Notice period: Immediate to 30 days

About the Role

We are looking for a Calypso Business Analyst to support the evolution and maintenance of the Calypso platform in a Front-Office environment. Working closely with Front-Office users, Trading, Risk, Operations and IT teams, you will analyse business requirements, define functional solutions, and produce transparent specifications for the Calypso Technical Analysts and development teams — owning your deliverables end to end, from requirements through functional design, configuration, testing, UAT, release support and production incident analysis.

What you'll do

- Gather, clarify and analyse business requirements from Front-Office stakeholders
- Define functional solutions across the trading lifecycle — trade capture, product setup, pricing, market data, trading controls, position management, and trade lifecycle events
- Define Calypso configuration requirements — workflows, business rules, static data and user permissions




- Analyse the functional impact of changes on trading processes, products, interfaces and risk systems
- Define test scenarios, coordinate UAT, and drive defect resolution
- Support release preparation and provide functional support for production incidents

Must-Have Skills & Experience

- 6+ years in business analysis, including hands-on experience as a Calypso Business Analyst in a Front-Office environment
- Strong understanding of Front-Office trading processes and the financial products traded on them
- Working knowledge of at least one traded product area — IRD, FX, Fixed Income, Equities or Repos
- Good working knowledge of Calypso Front-Office functionality — trade capture, product configuration, pricing, market data, workflows and user permissions
- Proven ability to gather requirements and produce detailed functional specifications independently
