– Calibration Engineer Job Title: Calibration Engineer Department: Operations / Quality Control Job Type: Full-Time Location: Kalyan nagar Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Calibration Engineer to perform calibration, testing, inspection, and maintenance of measuring and testing instruments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all instruments meet the required accuracy and quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform calibration of measuring, testing, and monitoring instruments.

Inspect instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and proper functioning. Conduct calibration as per defined procedures, standards, and SOPs. Identify and report instruments that are out of tolerance or require repair.

Prepare and maintain calibration reports, records, and certificates. Maintain calibration schedules and ensure timely calibration of instruments. Handle and maintain calibration standards and reference equipment properly.

Visit client/customer locations for calibration activities, whenever required. Ensure all calibration activities meet quality and safety requirements. Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits.





Coordinate with relevant teams regarding instrument calibration requirements. Troubleshoot basic instrument-related issues and report major technical problems. Follow company policies and quality control procedures.

Required

QualificationsDiploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field. Knowledge of calibration procedures and measuring instruments. Basic understanding of quality standards and documentation. Valuable attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle technical instruments and equipment.

Mandatory Requirements

Two-wheeler is compulsory. Valid driving licence is required. Hindi speaking is compulsory. Kannada speaking is compulsory. Candidate should be comfortable travelling to client/customer locations for calibration work.

Preferred

SkillsKnowledge of Calibration and Metrology.

Experience in instrument testing and inspection. Knowledge of calibration documentation and reports. Familiarity with quality control procedures and SOPs. Good communication and reporting skills.
