Role Description The Business Support Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves analyzing business processes, preparing reports and dashboards, and supporting decision-making across finance and operations. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Daily responsibilities include validating data, monitoring key performance indicators,



and providing clear communication and presentations to management. The role also includes assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decisions.
- Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Process skills to map workflows, define requirements, and recommend process improvements.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance skills to support budgeting, cost analysis, and basic financial reporting.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, present findings, and prepare transparent documentation.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and business reporting tools, along with familiarity with ERP systems, will be beneficial.
- Ability to work accurately with data, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of attention to detail is expected.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
