nKey Responsibilities:

- Provide 24×7 Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) support for IBM BPM/BAW platforms.
n
- Administer, monitor, and maintain IBM BPM/BAW environments across Development, UAT, and Production.
n
- Perform patching, upgrades, deployments, and setting configuration activities.
n
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform availability and performance.
n
- Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident/problem management.
n
- Coordinate with IBM/OEM teams for PMRs, support tickets, and issue resolution.
n
- Manage Disaster Recovery (DR) operations, including DR drills, failover, and switchover activities between DC and DR sites.
n
- Ensure compliance with defined SLAs, security policies, and operational procedures.
n
- Prepare operational reports, technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
