KHC Online is the legal research platform used by the High Court of Kerala and the State judiciary. We are M/s Em Tee En Publications, Kochi — publishers of Complete Kerala High Court Cases, the weekly law journal, for the past [XX] years.

Our platform carries Supreme Court and High Court judgments with headnotes, together with every Kerala and Central statute, updated daily. We have recently launched KHC Legal AI across our web and mobile applications.

The prospect

We are building our first dedicated business development team, and we are looking for the person who will lead it.

This is a hands-on role. You will personally sell to advocates, law firms, banks and corporate legal departments, and you will recruit, train and lead two business development executives. You will report directly to the management. If you want a desk and a reporting line, this is not the role. What you will do

- Personally close subscription sales to advocates across Kerala — a monthly target of 8 closings
- Own our corporate and institutional business: banks, law firms, PSUs and corporate legal departments
- Cover the High Court bar and the Ernakulam district personally
- Recruit, train and lead two business development executives
- Build relationships with bar associations across Kerala's districts
- Demonstrate our web and mobile platforms to advocates in person
- Report weekly on pipeline, closings and collections

What we are looking for

- 4–8 years in field sales, of which at least 2 years selling to professionals — doctors, lawyers, chartered accountants or businesses
- Experience selling a subscription,



annual or repeat-purchase product
- Experience leading a small team, or clear readiness to do so
- Fluent Malayalam and working English — you will meet both district advocates and bank legal heads
- Willing to travel across Kerala districts, including occasional overnight stays
- Own two-wheeler or car with a valid driving licence
- Graduate in any discipline. A law degree is an advantage but not required

Backgrounds that fit well: pharmaceutical or medical device sales, professional software, banking or insurance sales to businesses, educational or reference publishing. Law graduates who have moved into sales are particularly encouraged to apply.

What we offer

- Fixed salary ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience
- Incentive on every sale, with higher rates once you pass target — no ceiling
- Realistic earnings of ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month on target performance
- Travel allowance of ₹8,000 per month, plus out-of-station allowance

- A product that is already trusted by the judiciary — you are not selling an unknown name to the bar

Location: Kochi, Ernakulam (office near the High Court). Field role covering Kerala.
