We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence.

? Key Requirements

- Graduate with a Marketing / Business Management background
- 7–10 years of experience in the Hotel / Hospitality industry
- Experience with a 5-Star or Heritage Property will be highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills with Event Planners, Corporate Clients, Travel Agents & DMCs
- Ability to pitch room blocks, events, conferences, weddings and banquet spaces
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling and deal-closing skills
- Ability to maintain hotel profitability while achieving sales targets
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple clients,



leads and follow-ups
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, reports and sales proposals
- Understanding of hotel operations, seasonal pricing and local market trends
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Strong capability to identify recent markets and business opportunities

? Compensation ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

Based on relevant experience and suitability for the role.
